How To Register For 2020/2021 IJMBE Program
The minimum qualification for candidate(s) applying for the ijmb Programme is five (5) credit passes including English and Mathematics (WAEC/NECO/NABTEB) at no more than two (2) sittings. Those awaiting results can also apply.

How To Register For 2020/2021 IJMBE Program
1. Pay the registration fee which is currently #5,500 CLICK HERE TO START YOUR REGISTRATION

2. After payment has been successfully made, you will be directed to the registration page.

3. You can register online or download and print the registration form.

4. Fill the form with CAPITAL LETTERS

5. Scan the form and send it to ijmbzone@gmail.com

7. Within 2 to 4 hours, a reply will be sent to you via the email you used to send the scanned data to us, the email will include other few details you need to know as an IJMB students

The total fees you will be paying through your IJMB programme with us in Ilorin centre is #170,000 till you write your final examination which is always February every year. You can see the breakdown of the fees at IJMBE Registration Cost.

Interim Joint Matriculation Board Programme

In 1976, Interim Common Services Agency (ICSA) established the Interim Joint Matriculation Board (IJMB).

The Interim Joint Matriculation Board was established by the then government of the old Northern Region of Nigeria to offer educational and social services to the people of the Northern region.

The first examination organized by Interim Joint Matriculation Board, IJMB was conducted in 1977 for all candidates who had undergone the IJMBE post secondary education programme in the existing schools of Basic/Preliminary studies which had substituted the HSCE.

The Institute of Education, Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria, Nigeria is saddled with the responsibility of administering IJMB Board. Some members of the IJMB board include amongst others representatives of a variety of education institutions such as Angels And Daniels College Toronto. Abuja.

INTERIM JOINT MATRICULATION BOARD (IJMB) is a nine month programme moderated by Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria with our affiliated centres Nationwide.

IJMB is designed to ameliorate problems of admission for candidates seeking admission into Nigeria University instead of JAMB.

Over the years now IJMB has been a good alternative for most students entering into university directly into 200level. On successful completion of the IJMB programme, candidates will be given certificates which can be used to gain admission into 200 levels in 70% of Nigeria University through direct entry.

Most candidates who could not pass either JAMB or post UME usually engage themselves in IJMB programme and quite a number do gain admission into 200 levels, this gives them an opportunity to meet their colleagues/friends in 200 levels.

It worthy to mention that IJMB programme has the history of providing a good number of people with admissions into 200 levels in Nigerian University..

With right combinations of A/Level subjects, students will be able to pursue their degree programmes in their chosen universities.

A/L Programme:

Students on this programme are required to register and sit for three(3) A/L subjects in the examination. These subjects must be chosen from the list provided at the right pane here, and relevant to the undergraduate programmes they wish to go for in the universities.You may need to consult the brochure for necessary guidance regarding subjects that are relevant to your proposed degree programme.however, you will still need to check specific details regarding each university under your consideration. O/L Programme:

The Ordinary Level examination is meant to remedy deficiencies in English Language and Mathematics at the same level in the WAEC, NECO, NABTEB or Cambridge (CIE) results, As students having deficiencies in O/Level English Language and Mathematics in their WAEC, NECO or NABTEB examinations can sit for these subjects. Such students are not necessarily A/L students. You can register for one or both O/Level subjects, depending on the number of deficiencies.
